Meet your Psychologist ~ Kim Thomas ~

Here to Guide You along the path to wellness.

I am a licensed Psychologist practicing in the greater Rosanna area, providing individually tailored sessions to help each person significantly improve their mental health.

My aim is always to ensure my clients receive the flexible, personalised, supportive care required to grow and change themselves, and their lives, for the better.

My clients have the options of face to face sessions in my rooms, online telehealth consults, 'walk and talk' sessions and in some circumstances, I can travel to clients to work with them in their homes.

I am experienced within the NDIS framework, working with complex clients and utilise a variety of techniques to ensure you have effective strategies and insights paving your path to improved mental health.

Utilising a person-centered, eclectic approach, I engage a variety of techniques and strategies including ACT, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and solution focused therapy.  With my special interest in trauma, I will also add EMDR training to my skillset this year.

I am deeply committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their individual needs.

As I have only recently started in private practice, there are no long waiting lists at the moment! So now's the time!  - Call for a friendly chat about how I can support you towards a brighter future.
