Payment is requested at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards. Information about fees and cancellation policy is available when booking appointments.
> Medicare Australia Rebate
Clinical Psychologist Medicare rebate is $88.25 per session.
To be eligible for a rebate under Medicare, you will need a Better Access: Mental Health Care Plan from your General Practitioner, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician for a diagnosable mental disorder. You may be eligible for 20 sessions of rebate per calendar year.
For your convenience, we can assist in lodging a claim with Medicare at the time of your appointment. You will need to swipe your bank debit card for rebates to be paid directly into your savings or cheque account.

> Private consultations
Many private health funds provide rebates for psychological consultations and we are registered providers with major health funds. Please check with your private health fund to find out about what you may be eligible for and what your annual limit is.

Letter of referral from your General Practitioner
Any medical reports
List of previous and current medications
Your Medicare card
Your bank savings card (to deposit Medicare rebate)

If you are being referred under a Worker’s Compensation claim or Compulsory Third Party claim, you will need to provide the following:
A referral from your doctor
Details of your insurance company
We will request approval from the insurer on your behalf and following receipt of approval, we will contact you for an appointment.
